  1. Download a Membership form (in PDF format)
      2. (you need the free Adobe Acrobat reader to open the document. Get Adobe Reader).
  2. Fill out the first page and return it with your check.
      3. The Initiation Fee is a One-Time, New Membership Fee.
  3. Read the rules on page two and save them for your reference.
  4. Include your e-mail address so we can notify you of late breaking events.
